In order to be able to support the medical fluid bag industry, we at Kuhne Anlagenbau offer our expertise for the manufacturing of Superior Water Quenched Blown Film Lines – Cool Bubble®- for Medical Fluid Bags. With more than 100 Water Quenched Systems in the market, we are playing a major role also in the supply for Medical Fluid Bags.
The shock-like water quenching of the hot melt results in an extremely amorphous polymer structure that provides superb transparency and improved mechanical properties to the final product.
The increasing demand for medical bags has exceeded present production capacities. Current requests confirm this increased demand.
Due to our many years of experience in the construction of Cool Bubble® Lines, especially for the production of medical fluid bags, we standardized the significant components and, by means of additive manufacturing also from our regional suppliers, we can easily achieve short delivery times of 4 to 5 months.
The last supplied medical line presently is starting production of infusion bags. At this difficult period of time, we manage to offer our customers the best possible support by means of automated start-up processes and VR (Virtual Reality) systems.
Such systems have already been our standard for a long time and we will continue to develop the integration of this technology also in future.
With our sophisticated, highly efficient and patented Water-Quench technology, our customers realize a daily output of 175,000 fluid bags.
